Rare japanese bootleg released in 1996.Tracks 1 to 4 were recorded for the fourth Peel Session of the band (with John Peel), BBC Maida Vale Studio 4, London, February 15, 1996 (broadcasted on February 24, 1996).
"Spinal Column" is listed as "Unknown" on the cover.
Tracks 5 & 6 were recorded for the Evening Session (with Steve Lamacq), BBC Evening Studio, London, February 26, 1996 (broadcasted on May 13 & 16, 1996).
"Heavenly Van Halen" (listed as "Unknown" on the cover) was released on the Fluorescences EP as "Pinball".
Both sessions are now available in full on the ABC Music - Radio 1 Sessions 2CD compilation.
Tracks 7 & 8 were recorded for the BBC TV show "Later... With Jools Holland", BBC Studios, London, June 11, 1996 (broadcasted on June 15, 1996).
Both tracks are now available on video on Oscillons From The Anti-Sun 3CD + DVD compilation.
Track 9, "Speedy Car", is taken from the split single with Tortoise Yaus / Speedy Car.
