Abandoned Electrical
Way ahead of their time. Listening to it now still gives a feeling of WTF is this! The track Amphetamines was always my favorite the other tracks are not easily mixed in a set though I heard it done very well a few years back on a free party in Holland. The track Abrasion is so out of this world that it makes you go on a trip if you want it or not. Then on the flipside there is Decimate Humanity. It sounds like you are in a large industrial area full of heavy machines. Its is very empty and desolate.
Fek
Yeah, these tracks take the vibe from the previous CV release (IS014) to a whole new level ...Machine music and then some ... like the machines are doing it for themselves, like a post-apocalyptic/Terminator Ten soundtrack ... recorded at the production facility for the TX-2127 (or Dancefloor Studios :-) and likely appealing to anyone into the Amiga Trax/Distortion Bastardz releases out via Super Special Corp the previous year, or anyone by then hooked on buying IS releases (or both, like me).I always liked Decimate Humanity equally alongside Amphetamines.Wicked flip-side label art replaced the ubiquitous IS cog for the first time on this (21st, seems quite apt really) release - it stood out from the previous 20 releases at the time anyway, when you listened to it. Out there!
