Recorded live at The Omni, Atlanta Georgia, USA April 1st 1994.Issued with a slipcase cardboard glossy box that goes around the 3 regular sized CD cases & a 19" x 27" fold-out poster. The box is attached on the top & bottom only so the spines are visible on both sides.
Discs 2 & 3 come with 2 sided single panel inserts, disc 3 comes with front 2 sided 6 panel foldout with the last two pages being Grateful Dead titles for sale from the KTS catalog.
