Pretty lackluster release overall. The title track "Alive" has a nice piano melody ruined by a fart sounding bassline which doesn't fit well with the piano. "Schooldaze" is pretty cheesy and crappy. I suggest skipping this one fast. "Express Flight" is similar to "Alive" a bit memorable than the latter, still fairly forgettable. The one reason to buy this single is for "Memories 2" Which appears to be an exclusive track released only on the CD version of this release. Sounds to me like a combination of electro grooves and some nice melancholic trance ambience. 3 minutes is incredibly short, but surprisingly satisfying.
