In short, quite the best performance of the Sibelius Concerto that you will ever hear. Oistrakh's technique is staggering and perfectly suits this fiendishly difficult work. Coupled with a deep understanding of the romanticism of the music, Oistrakh is supreme. Just one pointer, listen to the 'sul ponticello' (harmonics) section towards the end of the third movement where Oistrakh throws in a delicious portamento. No-one else does it! Chicken I say!

Oistrakh is one of my favourite violinists (the other is Grumiaux) and I agree that this is a very good performance. If you haven't had a chance to listen to Gitlis (one of the best performances of any violinist in any concerto IMHO) and Julian Sitkovetsky I'd encourage you to do so. Neveu is also great.
