- The cover artwork states this release contains three tracks and plays at 45 RPM, but in fact contains two tracks at 33 1/3 RPM.
- The B-side track is titled "Summer Dub (Special C.B. Mix)" on the cover, but is titled "(Cruel Summer (Dub)" on the label.
- This release contains only "Cruel Summer" and "Cruel Summer (Dub)"; the B-side "Cairo" is not present even though it is listed on the sleeve and label.
