Excellent version of Keith Jarrett's timeless ballad My Song as well as some other jazz melodic-ism complete with guitar synth and nylon guitar etudes. I am surmising here but Jimmy Johnson must be Waynes brother and his bass playing on this release is as expected a solid punchy rhythmic foundation from which Wayne can layer his tuneful guitar wizardry. A beautifully sculptured jazz fusion release with a lot more heart and soul than the usual 1 million note run uber-sonically propulsive jazz fusion releases out there.
