Gets better with each new listen. It has much more of deep house rhythms and soft vocals than the previous two albums. Perhaps a move towards more commercial music, but definitely enjoyable and far from being a weak release. I'd give a solid 4 if not all 5 out 5 to this CD. Some real nice and memorable songs here.

While it's certainly not a masterpiece, Dub Taylor's second album for Force Tracks, EXPERIENCE, hits its groove and doesn't let up. For the most part, the tracks are catchy, although none have a real "wow" factor. Cole Porter, for instance, won't be be suing over "Under My Skin." But the addition of vocals gives this album more of an identity over DETECT. "Sweet Awakening" has an icy chill to it, while "Your Soul" tries to inject some R&B into the air. The Japanese lyrics on "Ko-Hi-Nomatai," however, don't quite mesh with the music itself. "Flop Recorded Live" has some more spark to it, although the repetitive lyrics dulls the shine. So while this isn't the shiniest jewel in the tech-house crown, it does manage to stir up a few good tracks.

A huge disappointment. Trying to deepen my dub-tech/tech-house collection, I was hoping for something on a Chain Reaction/Deadbeat/Swayzak's Snowboarding tip... this sounds more like Mu-Ziq doing house music badly. Two listens and straight on the "sell it!" pile. Nuts
