Plastik is a great tune as well - Don't forget that one !

I must admit that I'm surprised that this one hasn't had any comments yet, and a little surprised that the rating isn't even higher. Massive on the free party and underground club scene around 1999-2000, and still played a few years after its release, this is definitely one of Immersion's and Routemaster's best, The A side consists of little more than a hard, almost gabber-style kick drum until the halfway point; but just as you think it won't change, a 303 line begins. After which, the tune builds and builds and gets crazier, with the percussion battling with the 303 to see who will get to the end first :) Flip it over, and the style is similar, but the 303 comes in earlier, and is a little more restrained until the track approaches its end. I can't imagine playing an "old skool" acid techno set without including at least one of these mixes.

Awesome review. I completely agree. It really is a premium slice of Routemaster/Immersion filth. And that line about "the percussion battling the 303 to see who gets to the end first" is very perceptive. It really does have that feel in the last half.Good stuff, and ace review. Cheers.
