White label promotional variant of Elektra Records E1-60113 Steel Pulse 'True Democracy' nearly identical to the other promo variant of Steel Pulse - True Democracy with the exception that the 'FOR PROMOTION USE ONLY' and STEREO texts are swapped to opposite sides of center holes on labels of this version.
Also as shown by the (AR) pressing plant code on the labels of this variant, it was pressed by Allied Record Company whereas the other promo variant r2529636 as shown by the (SP) pressing plant code that it was pressed by Specialty Records, the matrix/runout etchings can also be assumed to be different between the two variants
