The title track is one of the most amazing pieces of spacey future jazz that only comes along once in a while (and to be honest - 2000 Black have been hitting out the park for ages). You have an idea when you first hear the rhodes - but when the who combo breaks its fantastic. Utterly amazing chord changes and musically complex - just sublime. B1 is a slower, deeper jazz funk workout more in the mold you'd expect from 2000 Black. B2 also carries on the lovely deep bass and rhodes combo but pars it with a lovely vocal and more up tempo groove. Obviously would appeal to many in the Jazz funk circles but if you've come from the likes of the softer Detroit techno scene - like Underground Resistance and their jazzier side then this would equally appeal to you. To be honest if you've not heard of 2000 Black and you have a liking for jazz funk then go and get the whole label.
