This is a strange combination of Dutch sleeve and German discs.The records look like the other German release: Elvis Presley - Seine 40 Grössten Hits (GEMA)
But this one has different runout matrices. This release has no 'Manufactured in Germany' in runouts. The other has.
Also this version has A/1 , B/1 , C/1 and D/1 in matrices. The other has A/2 , B/2 , C/2 and D/2 and looks like a later release because of that.
The sleeve is printed in the Netherlands and has the Dutch advertisement on sleeve. Also with dutch serial number on the sleeve. Exactly as the other dutch sleeve releases:
