How does one know this is a Canadian release? I have a release without the DQ in front of the 1234; however, the jacket says "Printed in U.S.A." on the bottom back, and I can't find any other information about where it was made. It looks like the picture in this release has the same text on the bottom back, though I can't see that closely in the pic. Needs more evidence of its Canadian-ness
