Notes
This is the first reissue from the mid 70s.The gatefold cover is the same as with the first press, but the labels and the matrix numbers are slightly different.
Different label printings do exist.
Either the labels are printed directly on the vinyl in blue and silver only or they have the usual paper labels. In the middle, there is an unprinted plain black circle around the center whole.
Cone printed with neon orange ink on smooth (but unlaminated) white cardboard.
Inner side of the gatefold sleeve has a main photograph by concept artist-photographers Bernd + Hilla Becher, famous for their series of multiple images of industrial architecture.
The smaller photos of the musicians were taken at the Essen "Grugahalle" Pop & Blues Festival (2 May 1970) when Hütter & Schneider-Esleben were performing in proto-Kraftwerk band Organisation.
Recorded & remixed July-September 1970. Originally released late autumn 1970.
