The insert flap is also laid out differently to the German pressing, with a credits text line between the track titles and the other details. The credit text "Made in Germany by Warner Music Manufacturing Europe" does appear here but the matrix shows this is a CD Plant UK Limited pressing.The disc artwork again has both 7567-84187-2 and AT0046CD2. GEMA/BIEM and the label code are not found in the centre area in logo forms but are added into the outer text line.
Copies in original cases have a green custom sticker announcing CD2 and with cat no. AT0046CD2.
