I personally find that this is the less interesting Album of Paul Van Dyk, i find it a bit uninspiring, it sounds the kind of Trance done and re-done thousands time, it feels like listening to another trancemaster compilation, the fact that each music has a participation of a different Artist makes it hard to recognize Paul Van Dyk signature, while for him this is his most personal project, for me i find it the opposite , this sounds rather like a compilation of different artists and not something produced mainly by him. Despite some cheesy tracks the Album is somehow satisfying. My favorite tracks are " Inhale" and "Vortex". M.i.k.e. collaboration definitely gives a golden touch.

Love it. Just 2 tracks with singing - YES! For about a decade each and everyone was lost in mediocrity; and slowly some are finding their way back to concentrate on the music - THANK YOU!

schade das die besten Tracks nur Edits sind auf CD :(

I tell you all a secret but *shhhhh*: there is the possibility to add a 2nd CD - HEY *shhhhhhh* do not tell this any one!O yes, production costs...are so extremly expensive nowadays...they have to starve to death because of that! I'm happy that other examples always add a shitty 2nd CD with remixes but for this album there was no budget ^^

You know, this is normal and was used many many years before on other releases of PvD too.Its called Editing or Mixing. But why do artists do this? Simple. A CD can only include around 70 minutes of music. Yes, sometimes more but those are special CD discs then, which are also more expensive to produce. To reduce costs most tracks were therefore edited or mixed into each other to reduce the playtime to 70mins. Of course digital releases don't have such a playtime limit, which is why many releases are released unmixed or full length digitally. But this was not only a thing in the Trance genre. Also Drum & Bass or other electronic genres used this mixing function to shorten playtime. The artist doesn't want to scam you or something. There is just no other way. Of course it would be cool if artists include download codes in the CD to download the release unmixed or edited digitally. Because as it is, a CD is only something for oldschool fans or collectors.

Some might appreciate the pure fact of the artwork, the ability to touch it and being able to put it into the player. Rather the unsexy fact to put a file somewhere and to forget it.

Why do you guys need a CD? You will rip it to your MP3 player anyway. CD is just an oldschool dust collector :-)
