Bundis
Neil's and Elton's vocals sound like they were processed through a fan. Virtually every instrument sounds like it's out of tune. This promo seems to be some kind of experiment in dissonance, which was mistakenly pressed on vinyl for a few PSB completists to hunt down, play once, and file away. Dusty did a much better version of this, and it's curious that they decided to re-record it on their own and make it sound like a charity single.
