Singing just came naturally to both of the York Brothers, George and Leslie, but success did not come easy. Both boys worked at different jobs for quite a long time in order to live before they recorded their first record, "Hamtramck Mama". This record was a big hit and proved to be the turning point in their career and zoomed them into stardom.
Both boys are kept busy on personal appearances. hey are currently headquartered in Texas, where they appear on The Country Roadshow carried over WBAP, Fort Worth and WFAA, Dallas.
