This is the first version of "Street Level" with a different B-side than the second version. It is usually referred to as the gold label version. There's a limited edition and an underground edition and some of the front covers were inverted. Several numbers were used. The one given here is from the Limited Edition (see label scan), which has no number or song titles on the cover.
