Honestly, this is a clever use of dialogue from "The Sound of Music" cut into one of the already existing decent remixes of "Can I Kick It?"...but it ends up being mostly just distracting. It just ends up sort of cheapening and wrecking the pace of the original song, unfortunately. Novelty/gimmick. Not necessary unless you're a completist for Tribe.
