This edition can easily be distinguished from the original by the following criteria: the cover is a wraparound sleeve (unlike the regular cover of the official release), and the RCA logo and catalogue number are in a different position. The pictures on the cover back and front are identical, whereas the original had different pictures. Moreover, the label colour is cream (similar to the colour of later US promo labels) instead of yellow, as on the original. Finally, the original is 45rpm.
