Only this initial release uses the correct classic vocal sample, as played out in 1999. All subsequent releases and remixes on other record labels employ an alternative vocal. I suspect there was a problem with sample-clearance that prevented the original vocal from being included in subsequent releases. For me, there can be no substitute. It's got to be this version every time: Too many good memories of God's Kitchen at the Sanctuary Club in Birmingham!

Yeah, I rememember the first time I bought the Spot On release and thought to myself, something's not right here!It doesn't really effect the track at all, but I know what you mean. You can hear the difference a mile off. To be honest though, I really like the remade vocal.I guess C'hantal likes being asked first, though you'd think with the amount of times the vocalist HAS been sample cleared that they wouldn't mind!
