Reighbyra
One of those little-known curios of Krautrock. Basically it's because (although they were a veritable super-group) they were rooted in the pop band Randy Pie & Family, and later turned into a pop-funk band a million miles musically from this their debut. The original LP was simply called Randy Pie and issued at first on Achim Reichel's Zebra label. The UK release, however, was called Sightseeing Tour, with a very different rather naff cover. But, it's a real good album (only slightly marred by some cringeworthy backing vocals on the opening track) with some very odd twisted blues numbers, powerful rock ballads, and some fusion stuff that seems to hail from the Nordic lands! Mellotron buffs also take note!
