While visually appealing, the age cracking poly-case is a disaster warping the record, and smells like an old raincoat. Hope this gets a reissue in a normal cardboard sleeve.

For those interested in buying this, the release is still available directly from twimc.:https://shop.towhomitmayconcern.cc/collections/audiovisual/products/iamamiwhoami-blue-lp-book

Also, the vinyl omits the little linking pieces which are on the CD/DVD/Island download, in case you need to know this! It's interesting to have just the songs themselves, so I don't mind too much.

Agree that the vinyl packaging is terrible but at least my record is the right shape/size. I have discarded the inner sleeve as it was totally ruined and had marked the record. Having said all that, I'm quite happy with my copy, it plays reasonably quietly, although I'm not convinced it's not just the CD pressed to vinyl. Postage from Sweden cost me a fortune, too!

The vinyl packaging is atrocious. I've purchased this item from two different distributors (as it was thought to be lost at the post office, only to be found a week later). Both of the polyvinyl sleeves are coming apart at the seams. Also, each of the records are misshapen. They tap against the edge of my turntable. There is also a very noticeable skip on the second track of my record. I am a huge iamamiwhoami fan, but I am very disappointed to have spent as much as I have on something of poor quality.

Mine skipped too and had noise on the first track . i was able to remove the skip for the most part with a toothpick, but the whole first track is still has lots of noise and now a pop where the skip was. i asked the company i bought it from what could be done about the issue. but was ignored. a shame for such an outstanding album.

That's kind of just the nature of polyvinyl sleeves. Was curious if you have the noticeable skip you mentioned on both records?

That's disappointing. For what it's worth I asked politely if they'd send me a replacement cover for exactly the reason you specify, and they were happy to oblige. There's no problem with a skip on my copy and it certainly doesn't come anywhere near the lid as it spins - what turntable are you using?

Wow ! Those Vinyl Set looks really outstanding and sublime.I dont trust myself in first to touch those awesome Design Paperbooklet - After few days later i watch it carefully and find some very nice photos inside - the paper was also strong and heavy and has quality. Looks all in all very good. I Was a bit concern about the sound from the records, because of colored/tranparent vinyl. In normal the sound was not the best from those colored vinyl, but here it sounds full detailed, powerfull, strong and clear. I was pretty surprised about that very good Mastering. For me definitely now a Collectors Item, and it supports Vinyl Music also. Great !

During Blue's final songs I find myself dreaming that this is ABBA's long-lost swan song. 'Shadowshow' is so reminiscent of 'Soldiers' and 'The Visitors' it's as though that doomed Swedish quartet sent their final masterpiece through a wormhole to spend its paranoid, seductive glory on strangers.Elsewhere, Sophie B Hawkins rears her sunkissed head during 'Blue Blue'; OMD drop in for elevenses as 'Vista' gets going; and Jonna Lee dives deep to some uncharted portion of the seabed where 'Hunting for Pearls' has lain, perfectly formed but starved of light, since 1984, or 1992, or 1920...In more mundane news, it's a beautiful package, and the album is undoubtedly their best, but the vinyl's pretty noisy during the quiet passages.

Can I get this in the States or do I have to import online?
