Swim and Mistress are two separate tracks as seen on iTunes. The third "secret" track is called "Revolver" and Nico talks about it in his "Pomegranates" letter.

i've heard something about both songs are on the A side and the B side has a third song. can anyone clarify this?

The B side is 'Swim' followed by 'Mistress'. They are two separate tracks. The A side contains just one track, 'Revolver'.

There are only two tracks, but the B-side has two parts to it. The B-side is very long, and the vinyl separates the two "movements" making it look like there are two tracks. The second "movement" of the B-side is an outro interlude type of affair, definitely not a separate track, though. A-side is 6 minutes long and plays at 45 rpm, B-side is over 18 minutes long and plays at 33 rpm. Hope this helps!
