I don't have the original version but my bootleg copy is loud and clear. Plays well at all volumes.

It's hard to not choose the Hall of Mirrors as thee best Detroit inspired track of the British idm / techno period of 1991 - 1996. Its certainly tough to put anything ahead of it. Sublime and epic are understatements. . it's certainly timeless.
