Russian counterfeit pretending to be Japanese issue. Main differences are that original MHCP 1171 comes in carboard sleeve (mini-LP), while this issue is in jewel case, and obviously wrong looking matrix with no SID codes - disc face itself also has very generic artwork. Tracklist on back cover is incomplete (lacks bonus tracks) - correct one, albeit with typos, can be found in one of the booklets.
