Ballazan
Most 45s I own I've held onto because of one song. But this one from Temptations member Eddie Kendricks is one of those gems that I find to be outstanding on BOTH sides. Both are uptempo tracks taken from the sublime "People Hold On" album. Eddie's falsetto vocals soar over fuzzy, almost psychedelic guitar lines and a rhythm section that is locked in tight. It's also great that this killer 45 is NOT particularly rare or expensive and can be had for much less than an original copy of the LP that contains these two songs.
