Free with Fractal Press Magazine, issue #135, May 2013 (insert and back cover claim issue #135, April 2013, as well as May 2013)7" Sleeve and magazine come in an outer cardboard sleeve which unfolds.
The 7" sleeve is also cardboard with a rear flap. It includes the 7" in a white die-cut sleeve and and 5x5 cardboard lyric sheet.
The band also sold them without the Fractal Press Zine during their shows.
