Tracks 2-7 to 2-9 were recorded live during the rehearsals for the "Saturday Night Live" NBC TV show, Studio 8H, NBC Studios, New York, September 23, 1993.
This is the first pressing of the "Beautiful Demise" release : the CDs red and black, the texts of the inserts are yellowish and the position of the pictures is a bit different than for the second pressing.
There is no virtual white capital "I" on the front cover insert.
The CDs of the "Beautiful Demise" first pressing were used with a different artwork and a new title on the "Something In Milwaukee" release.
