Tommy Charles made name as the "Birmingham Singin' DJ" from Birmingham, Alabama and is probably best known for being the driving force behind the burning of Beatles records, books, magazines and other memorabilia after he got word of John Lennon's famous quote "We meant more to kids than Jesus did".Recorded on April 15th, 1956 at Music City Recorders, 804 16th Ave. South, Nashville, Tennessee.
