Recorded live at The House Of Blues, Chicago 12/13 November 1999 and at The Empire Theatre, Shepherds Bush 22/23 December 1999.Part 1 of the original mail order 2 CDr set with 2 sided 4 panel semi glossy front foldout insert with lots of text & back insert is non glossy.
Front inserts are identical to what was sent with part 2, back inserts are also the same except song listings & a serial number after the publishing line.
Each disc has a barcode & are printed on "Mitsui Thermal" brand glossy white blank CDrs before they were shipped in 2 separate cd cases.
