These tracks were record at Steve Vincent's studio (as in Adventures of Steve V) as he was a friend of Rob Playford's brother. He gave him the use of his studio for 2 weeks and Rob came up with the first 2 releases on Moving Shadow. He pressed up 500 copies of each and sold them.

The "The Headf**k Remix" is severe as hell. But I absolutely love it.Brings back many memories of the late '80s post acid house and early '90s rave scene this one.Crazy as hell for "UK 1990 techno", when a lot of other stuff coming out was more laid back. This steered away from the intelligent side of techno and got people into the early "let's f***ing have it" hardcore sound - still techno in my book though! Mad screaming yell (which is a little over the top to be perfectly honest) deep as f**k bass, a never ending build up of drums and tambourine rattles, grating, buzzing, chainsaw synths and some off key bleeps to top it all off. The Belgians were already releasing nasty sounding tunes, but by this point, not only was the UK starting to catch up fast and equal those nutters across the channel, but, this release is a fine example of their influence. Those of you fortunate/unfortunate enough to listen to this on a very decent sound system know what I'm on about. Mental!
