Recording for Suffocating The Bloom began at the William Bolten Dixon American Legion Post #10 on July 15, 1992. After two days there, the recording process moved to Echolyn Studio. On August 27 Forge Recording Studio became the final place of recording. Mixdown was completed at Forge in October 1992.

So, if memory serves me (and it's 20 years ago so it might be!) these were 500 "bootleg" copies the band made with normal grade paper as way of getting around Sony owning the masters. My copy is 11/95 on it as well, but I got it a few months before then - perhaps July or August. It's a legit release, and it's the 3rd of the 3 original versions.

I remember I bought this one direct from Christopher Buzby, echolyn's keyboard player at ProgScape 1996, Baltimore MD, USA. It was my first visit ever to the US and our main goal was to see Iluvatar play live.
