Swami Sivananda Radha has a very soothing voice as she tells you about enveloping people in divine light, even people you fear or have problems with, even doctors who are setting your broken leg for example.
This is a nice meditation record and very relaxing, almost to the detriment of the educational elements it sets forth to present. It is well recorded and has no musical background, just the voice of Swami Sivananda Radha.
