Nuclear Victims was formed around 2008 in USA. it's a 3-pieces hardcore punk band just like (later) Chaos UK or Skeptic. We can say that their song's influenced from UK type mix with US hardcore. They record back all their songs and put it in one Cd. This is not a D-beat band.
