Notes
The second album from The Field Mice, originally released in 1990 on Sarah Records.Digitally remastered to include all tracks from the eps The Autumn Store Part 1 and The Autumn Store Part 2 and So Said Kay as well as three previously unreleased outtakes plus compilation cuts.
Booklet includes band biography. Double CD contains 107 minutes of music.
Tracks 1-1 to 1-6 originally released as the album Skywriting on Sarah Records (Sarah 601) in June 1990.
Tracks 1-7 to 1-11 originally released as a 10" ep So Said Kay on Sarah Records (Sarah 38) in September 1990.
Tracks 2-1 and 2-2 originally released as a 7" single The Autumn Store Part 1 on Sarah Records (Sarah 24) in January 1990.
Tracks 2-3 to 2-5 originally released as a 7" single The Autumn Store Part 2 on Sarah Records (Sarah 25) in January 1990.
Track 2-6 is an outtake from the sessions for Snowball, recorded in May/June 1989. The original title was 'Knowing You Can't Run Away'.
Track 2-7 is an outtake from the sessions for 'The Autumn Store', recorded in August 1989.
Track 2-8 is an outtake from the sessions for Skywriting, recorded in Jannuary 1990. With thanks to Miracle Legion.
Track 2-9 was originally released on The Field Mice retrospective CD Where'd You Learn To Kiss That Way? on Shinkansen Recordings (Shinkansen 14 CD) in October 1998. This version of the song from For Keeps is remixed and has a different vocal.
Track 2-10 was originally released on the The Waaaaah! CD compilation on Bring On Bull Records (Bull 3-0) in 1991.
