I thought this would've been much cooler than it really is. I imagined it would have been the original album mix with the guitar tracks just mixed loud enough to be completely audible over the rest of the album, while still being able to hear the rest of the music. But the most adequate description I can give it is the album sounds like just the guitar amp mics picking up the guitar the loudest and the rest of the instruments in the background. It's neat in the sense of it being a bit more a noisy project but eh was hoping for a little more..

What does "and prominently shows the guitar tracks" mean exactly?

After a listen, this sounds like a "dub version" of the original great album with Ronald's guitar noise pushed to the forefront. I loved the original, but this might get filed under 'for completists only'.

everyone else's tracks are all but buried in the mix w/ Ronald's guitar brought to the front. the purpose is to more or less display just how out here his playing/contribution to that record was.
