Released in an outer sleeve, and a flimsy inner sleeve with lyrics to side A and credits on one side, and lyrics to side B on the other. In the runout matrix no.s on both sides, the "D" is hand-etched and underlined, all other characters are stamped. On both sides, following this "D" is a character in the shape of a large asterisk (or a large "X" with a horizontal line through it at the midpoint), with another line joining the right hand points of the two diagonals.
