Phallozs Dwarfs
The Ozric album that slipped through the cracks....at least in the US. This one didn't make it to the States when it was first released. I didn't manage to get it until a couple of years afterwords when it was re-released by Snapper records. Anyway, goodbye Joie and Merv, hello Seaweed and Rad. This was the album that saw the introduction of the Ozric's new synth player and drummer. I would never say an Ozric's album is bad, but this album is probably less strong them some of the others. Maybe that has to do with the new members coming into the fold. Best tracks for me are Wob Glass and Plurnstyle. Great, but different, basslines on both. Nice acoustic guitar work on Plurnstyle too!! Beautiful synth work as always.
