Is this really an "unofficial" release? I see a copyright in the credits....? I know this circulated for years as a 'ROIO' (recording of indeterminate origin - politically correct term for 'bootleg') but I wonder if the TH's gave the go ahead for this label to release it? I've seen the DVD in stores for a couple years now too.

Point taken. I completely agree about the terrible sound quality.

The record sounds like a audio-rip of an VHS tape of the concert, including fading audience noise and overall bad sound-quality. I'm not shure if TH would release such a bad representation of their concerts while the record "The name of this band is" has a very similar tracklist and band setup.
