Martin Venetjoki - Times R Tight / Rainbow Beats mp3 album

This is fore sure one of the most underrated House records of all time (as Venetjoki, in general, is one of the genre's most underrated producers). "Rainbow Beats" is hell of a tune, with punching beats, a disco horns section which catches the ear immediately and a vocal sample sounding quite like Baloo the bear in Disney's Jungle Book. This one makes people smile whenever I play it out.

Yeah. 100 % agree with your comment, but I would like to add that it has Rainbow Beats also has some "latin" feel to it. Really killer of a tune - no disco house crap!
