"GX-1 was the band's first recording sessions and demos, done in Spring 77. GX-2 is the band's John Peel session from the summer of the same year. We (band and management) pressed them ourselves and had our assistant go to record shops to sell them and on the Kings Rd on Saturdays. I think we pressed 500 of each."
