Hellbound. Brutal hardcore darkside business! I remember first hearing this played in the mix on Don FM. The radio show was hosted by the Rugged Crew (Rugged Vinyl Records). The DJ was either Easy B (One half of D.O.P.E) or the bad bwoy Cass. The MC was Len. Anyway as Hellbound is rocketing with those hard beats and deep subass MC Len suddenly proclaims "And this track is seriously going off like the bombs in Bosnia.You understand?!" Whoa being a bit stoned and tipsy from the diamond white (or K cider) those words really hit home. Especially as my mate was at the time serving over in Bosnia. 1993 was a dark year in so many ways but the music somehow held it together! Just!
