I really don't understand this, listen to the music, it's EPIC, seven inch, twelve inch, ten inch, eleven inch, it's here in my hands thanks to Apomeda, god bless!

The sample clips sound amazing, but I don't understand why this was cut as a 7" with both sides clocking in at 6 minutes. Would have made a perfect 12" cut at 45. 7"s are a novelty for dance music. They're kinda cute, I guess, but I don't have midget hands to mix them. Why not respect the music enough to present it in the best way possible?Black vinyl. 12"... Always the potentially best-sounding format for cuts we care about. 7"s leave me feeling cheated, especially when the music is this great, especially when they're intentionally limited and expensive. (See also: NDATL Special Edition 45 for a stupidly-limited 7".)It's supposed to be about the music, not collectibility, right?I must be wrong.I'm wrong. You're right.Fuck the djs who want to play your music on vinyl but weren't at the right party or didn't make a pre-order or didn't want to pay a 12" (or more) price to get the exclusive collectible colored novelty 7" record with the great tracks.Obsessing about the current vinyl market is driving me insane.NO ONE should be this upset about some stupid plastic with music in it.Why didn't I become a marine biologist and study sharks instead?I've wasted my life.~ You've Caught Me Love Dancing

I´m sorry i have no time for this discussion, i think it would never end …About the price, i´m sorry, my price is the same for everybody.Thank you

"...selling records to 200$ or more?? why dont get down the prices and helping in this way to the situation?"I LOVE that question : )I'm responding to a market. I don't determine the market. The market is determined by supply and demand. Supply starts with the labels : YOU.I'd rather live in a world where the supply for these records was met and they didn't sell for so much money. I believe in getting the great music to The People.I see an elitist trend growing in the vinyl community with all these limited and exclusive releases, and I don't like it.As for my disdain of 7"s, you can't possibly tell me that there's any sonic advantage in pressing 7"s instead of 12"s. I understand, "Hey it's just promotional /art stuff, why be so bothered?"I'm bothered because this music is fucking great and it should be presented in a great format. 12" black vinyl is that great format. Why do 400? Because pressing 200 copies is a LOT more expensive, per unit. Why 400? Because demand will eclipse supply. You have some copies left? Great! Can I get one for less than ten bucks including shipping?

As i told you, this is not only a dj tool .We made the records for doing what we want to do.We have some copies left still. If we have some copies still and we made 200 copies, why doing 400 copies??...and taking a look to your seller profile … i make myself another question … if you dont agree with our methods because they are not helping the situation of the record market, why are you selling records to 200$ or more?? why dont get down the prices and helping in this way to the situation?

Thank you for asking : )While it is true that intentionally limiting supply can inflate demand, I fear that limitation and exclusivity and novelty don't ultimately help the vinyl market, especially in the US where the demand is wearing thin. Limited vinyl supplies and inflated prices encourage more djs to switch to digital and not buy records at all. Which is sad.And 7"s are the worst for djs. So little space for touching /handling /manipulation. I cut records, and 6 minutes on a 7" won't allow for much volume. When a 12" can be pressed and sold for less money per unit at a higher quantity, the 7" always seems like a novelty choice, since there's no technical advantage in that diameter. In fact, 7" is always a limitation, not just in cutting loudly without distortion, but in the process of physically mixing the record as well. (Less surface area, not as heavy, doesn't grip the slip mat as well, etc...)With all the colored /10" /7" vinyl being released right now, I don't think We need more novelty records.

Everything ok man?

Why not press up 400 - 500 12"s instead? They'll sound better. They'll cost LESS at that quantity. And that will be more copies to meet demand. How are any of those three factors negative?

Who set the rules for editing a 12", 10" or 7"?? you??i understand perfectly your point, but 6 min top is the maximum length for a proper 7" vinyl sound.Music is the most important and we put all our senses in those tracks, but a release vinyl is for us a "limited" work of art.everything counts: music, sound, format, weight, artwork, intention...We wanted to do this edition as collaboration between two brother labels. As sample of our work and as symbol of our friendship. We did this edition to celebrate an annual meeting: The tetrode/downbeat annual party (as Kai Alce did before with his NDATL edition). We made 200 copies because it was the enough amount of records we needed for defraying the expenses of the parties. If you think that this is a collectibility act, or we have made money with this, i have to say that you did not understand our philosophy. Our business is the love and respect for music.:)and well, there are some copies left. The price, 10€. Maybe you can think its too expensive for a 7".so you are who is saying that you don´t pay for a 7" this amount. A different think would be with a 12", right?so what is the important point here? music? the format???As i told you, We put this price, because this is the price for defraying the expenses.About the vinyl market … buff , yes its insane, but we cant force somebody to sell it cheap. if someone buy a copy, and wants to burn it, break it or whatever, he has the right to do it
