What a pity this is the solitary cd available of this track. I used the Montero mix many times as a dj, and really liked the melancholy feel of the Alex Kid mix for home listening. The Funkagenda/Trophy Twins mix adds a funky tech feel and is well worth a listen. Unfortunately the excellent Hernan Cattaneo/John Tonks Remix isn't included here, nor are the Neil Quigley and Ripperton mixes. For the dancefloor I'd have to put the Montero and Cattaneo/Tonk mixes in joint first place. The complete remix package is available as a download but the CDr Promo is pretty rare.

It is not often that I comment a CD online. It's even awkward that I will registrate to a site to write about something, but "For The Time Bing" by Phonique deserves all of those exceptions. It's by far, one of the best songs I've ever heard. It's the Deepest Progressive House inviting you both, to dance until your can't stand on your bare feet and to sit down somewhere and start listening to it while you enjoy reading a good book. A very well done song, with a nice melody, with excellent vocals and a sound from a close future, with certain reminiscences of a close past. A great song, one of the best, if not THE BEST, in many, many time...
