Faruk Green - A Certain Mr. Green mp3 album

A little-known group that deserves wider attention, Faruk Green brings a feeling of live instrumentation to their album A Certain Mr. Green. The drums, in particular, have a freshness to them (check out tracks like “Star”) that really can’t be achieved with a drum machine. The vocals on “Show Me” aren’t particularly strong, but the music is certainly better than most of the pap coming off the radio these days. “Scheiss’ Auf Die Children” is strangely poppy, while “Follow the Leader” is a smooth jam. Tracks like “One for the Money” or “My Keys Weigh a Ton” may be short, but they’re keepers. So is this album.
