Gaff time again!1. The label is RCA (The Victor suffix was not used in the UK till late 1962 when the label and logo changed design and placements) When the reins at RCA were handed over to David Sarnhoff's son, big changes came in 1968 when the whole brand changed the meatball was dropped and the three abbreviations were stylised/animated - Viictor was still kept (as the name and brand was the original as set up by Berliner after his legal victory over Columbia Grapophone) and Nipper was sent to his basket! then revived as a sideline rather than top centre. The Victor suffix was dropped a decade later when German BMG bought the divison off USA GEC The metaball was revived and is only licenced to them to use, the Logos ,images and nipper still belong to GEC-NBC whoever!2. Sony/BMG were the owners of the RCA Records Division brand and logos Sony/BMG were not, are not and have NEVER been a label!3. This lovely retro release and representation of a 10" 78rpm UK RCA-Decca shellac (had there been one) has all three tracks in their wonderful "living" Stereo mixes (a massive MASSIVE selling point and feature).4. Sadly the numbered sleeve means NOTHING as the discs were sleeved away from the press and not one sleeve matches up with the same number of the disc pressed so the sleeve might say 0001 but the disc could be 5,000 th off the stampersThe idiot at BMG an ex EMI employee, had egg on his face and mega gaffed when it became known that the sleeves had a minimum of 5 runs of the same numbers! So hardly a limited edition and the numbers were are are a factual joke. The only thing he did right with this collection was to have all the tracks where done and mixed for Stereo put out in Stereo making it something new for the collectors.

Under the notes the original poster of this Master Copy left out a very and important major information note: Cut and Presented here as a retro 10" version of 45 RCA 1320 in it's Stereophonic mixes surley the poster would have known this on audio playing? or did the poster just assume it would be yet again a 1ch Mono EAP re-release!It is these seriously important facts that makes Discogs THE global reference site, to miss the audio status off is just plain negligence and ignorance of the subject. Sony BMG made matter of the Stereo mixes of every UK single in this set from Stuck On You onwards as a massive collectors deam/selling point!Note that the limited edition and Numbered sleeves (not the records as they were bagged later) had 3 - 4 runs of the same numbers was a big gaff and upset a lot of people at the time and left the compiler with egg on his red face.
