Timber Framing might be the best as a pure techno release, with its hypnotic side. But the much more pervert track is Rootstalk! With the firm, pumpy and deeply bassed beat!

"Deep Route" samples Morcheeba's "The Sea".

Got hooked on Mike´s stuff the first time I heard it. Techno techno techno. The hole EP does it for me but the one I seem to always lay down first is rootstalk, my energy level goes bezerk when I play it. Very tracky stuff with hypnotic feel to it and that shit never goes wrong. Ever. Buy it and be happy:D

According to me, the best track of this EP is "Timber Framing" because it defines with the best way what I like in Techno : hypnotic, repeteative, rough, dark, progressive ! :) Yes, we are definitively talking about Techno on this one ! *****Tous les goûts sont dans la nature.

According to me, Deep Route is a pure gem of deep techno. A journey trip between a large range of emotion. That's really high in the landscape of your head. Propably one of the best Mike Dehnert's track.
