If you are looking for pure commercial full on, this is a great place to start. But I don't recommend you to do so, sooner or later you will realize that there is nothing in this kind of music.Only good track on this album is "Control", obviously influenced by Hujaboy's production. Bio-Tonic released some good tracks in the past, but since they are on Planet B.E.N. Records now, new direction is not a surprise.
Phobism
Wow, what a colossal disappointment. If this is where "psy" trance is going, I'll pass. I haven't listened to Bio-Tonic since Elektrik Colors, but I can remember them having some pretty good bangers. They have always been quirky, kind of straying into suomi territory, but this... It's basically a club-trance album, with loads of vocals, that annoying auto-tune function and bad full-on beats. It's hard to get into this music as there are numerous breaks. So I felt there was no flow. The only thing that saves this disc from being a Frisbee, is the off beat "I Know What They Want" and the mover "My Heart is Dancing." This may appeal to the young trancers, but it is most certainly not for me.
